Login And Registration

Q: How do I log in?

A: In order to log in, you must use your 9-digit Fleetwood First ID and a password. If you do not know your Fleetwood First ID, click on "Find your Fleetwood First ID" to look it up based on your dealer ID. If you don't know your password, you can have it sent to you by entering your Fleetwood First ID.

If you do not know your Fleetwood First ID or dealer ID, please send an e-mail to rvmarketing@fleetwood.com with your First Name and Last Name and we will try to look up your information for you.

Q: Why do I need to update my profile after I've logged in the first time?

A: For security reasons, all users must confirm the information currently on file for fleetwoodfirst.com. Please change your password and ensure that your e-mail address is accurate.

Q: Why do I need to have an e-mail address?

A: Much of the functionality of the new fleetwoodfirst.com relies on our ability to contact you via e-mail. Free e-mail accounts are available through Hotmail, Yahoo, and AOL if you don't have one already.

Q: The site is telling me that my e-mail address is already in use. How is that possible?

A: All e-mail addresses used on fleetwoodfirst.com must be unique. If you have shared an e-mail address in the past with other Fleetwood First members, it's possible that one of them has already claimed that address. Free e-mail accounts are available through Hotmail, Yahoo, and AOL if you cannot get one from your dealership.

Q: When I update my profile, it says that my dealer ID is not valid. What's going on?

A: Only members who are associated with current and valid Fleetwood dealership locations will be allowed entry.

PDIs and Sales Rankings

Q: Why don't I see my name on the Sales Hall of Fame?

A: Only PDIs submitted through proper channels and which are associated with your Fleetwood First 9-digit unique ID are shown.

Q: I know I've sold more units than are shown in my list of current sales. What can I do?

A: Tell your General Manager to log onto the Dealer Sales Portal and ensure that your Fleetwood First ID is associated with all of the units you have sold.

Q: What is the process for a formal PDI submission?

A: The information on the Sales Hall of Fame and your Sales Status is merely reflective of the formally submitted PDIs. Please see your General Manager for details on how PDIs get submitted to Fleetwood.

Q: Whom do I contact if I have a question about my sales?

A: At this point the Sales Hall of Fame rankings have been automated. If you have a specific question about a sale you should contact your district sales manager.

Q: What happened to all the content previously available on fleetwoodfirst.com?

A: We have streamlined the site to make it easier to navigate so you can quickly find the information you need to help you sell more Fleetwood products. The training materials will be coming soon, and you will be notified when they are ready.
